Meet the Trainer

John T. Meyer is a leadership speaker and founder coach with 15+ years of experience in team development, culture-building, and executive coaching. He co-founded the award-winning design agency Lemonly, led a 20-person team recognized for its workplace culture, and sold the company in 2021. John currently serves as Executive Director of Leadership South Dakota and coaches founders and executives through his company.
His mission: helping leaders and teams believe they can do more, based on the philosophy that success comes from consistent forward motion with clarity and intention.
Outside of work, John enjoys running, traveling, exploring new ideas, and spending time with his family—his wife Paige and daughters Margot and Liv.
