About Liz Carlson

Liz Carlson is a communication strategist, public speaker, and adjunct professor at the University of Sioux Falls. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Speech and a Master of Business Administration. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, sales training, and professional development, Liz helps professionals and teams elevate their communication effectiveness and confidence.

She has taught both graduate and undergraduate communication courses and designs custom training for organizations across sectors.

Through her company, Liz Carlson Professional Development, she helps clients strengthen their ability to lead with clarity, purpose, and presence.

Monthly chapter meetings and HR educational presentations are free for members and $30 for non-members.
