The Power of Culture

Tamien Dysart and Vaney Hariri, co-founders at Think 3D Solutions will present on The Power of Culture:

• Beginning to define healthy vs toxic workplace culture - given that far too many have a vague sense of what it is and adopt a "I'll know it when I see it" perspective
• We discuss the importance of getting a "You are here marker" from a personal and organizations standpoint in measuring where you are today in your culture
• We begin to bring to the forefront the reality of obstacles that often prevent people from truly engaging the process of change that is necessary to genuinely make a lasting difference
• We tie all of this into going beneath the surface of how work impacts our lives and truly get to the heart of why the success of workplace culture is critical to EVERYONE's life in having a chance at your best life. 
• We round all of this out with getting people to a place of thinking about all the benefits that weigh on why now is the time to take action towards improvement, even when it may be incrementally given limited time, money and resources. 

Think 3D Solutions founders Tamien Dysart and Vaney Hariri have over 3 decades of combined experience and leadership expertise working for various Fortune 500 companies. Tamien earned his MBA in Business Management from the University of Sioux Falls and has spent over 10 years in senior leadership positions. Vaney has been an active participant in giving back to his community, being involved with the human relations committee for 10 years, chairing it for 5 years and was recognized for his great work within the community when he received the Mayor’s (Sioux Falls) “Leadership Award” in 2014.  They’re workshops and keynote presentations are interactive, inspirational, thought provoking and outcome focused.

The session is free for members and $20 for non-members (includes lunch) and has been approved for the following continuing education credits.
